About The Position

Avista Senior Living is hiring two part-time Recruiters to join our Recruitment & Employee Services team. This role is a great fit for students who want real, hands-on experience in healthcare administration and HR while working around a class schedule. This position is perfect for students pursuing healthcare administration, gerontology, HR, or related fields.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a program in healthcare administration, human resources, business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Prior recruiting/HR experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions across our senior living communities
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Support onboarding and new-hire paperwork processes
• Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting
• Partner with community leadership to understand staffing needs
