Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and facilitate a smooth candidate experience from start to finish
