This role is an integral part of the recruitment life cycle, involving sourcing candidates, performing phone screens, scheduling interviews for a wide variety of positions, facilitating the onboarding process, and retaining top talent. The Recruitment Specialist will serve as a great first impression of Renewal by Andersen.
