About The Position

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility. You will place advertisements, and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruiting plan, that you’ll develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting process
  • Bachelors’ Degree is preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruiting practices
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that align with business needs and to fill field positions for our client sites
  • Analyzes industry, product and geographical trends in talent
  • Manages tools, resources and technologies in identifying talent
  • Support full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, scheduling and interviewing
  • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
  • Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
  • Develop efficient recruiting process that meets client’s need
  • Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations
  • Influence hiring decisions to ensure best fit and long-term success
  • Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Support end to end recruiting operations
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns
  • Participate in job fairs and community events
