About The Position

This position is responsible for advancing recruitment and retention efforts, educating managers on recruitment-related concepts, and representing the agency at recruiting events. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel within the state. A valid Arkansas driver's license is mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer services
• Able to travel in the state
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Setting
• Must have a valid Ark driver's license
