About The Position

Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Operations Partner to design, optimize, and scale talent attraction strategies. This role is crucial for growing the business by attracting skilled trades and frontline talent. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive action, build programs from the ground up, and collaborate across teams to achieve results. This position is central to enhancing how Ace Hardware Home Services attracts and engages talent.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in talent acquisition operations, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
  • Experience in high-volume decentralized hiring environments; skilled trades or home services exposure preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering end-to-end initiatives.
  • Comfort using AI tools for content creation, reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, builder mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with ATS platforms; Workday preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Drive talent attraction strategy and execution by partnering with TA leaders to design recruitment marketing strategies aligned with hiring demand.
  • Build programs to create consistent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, identifying gaps and recommending new channels or solutions.
  • Optimize the recruiting engine by standardizing and improving workflows, tools, and processes across the hiring lifecycle to increase efficiency, consistency, and improve the experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and technologies from build through adoption.
  • Use data to influence decisions by tracking and analyzing key metrics, including funnel conversion, sourcing performance, and req volume, and turning data into clear insights to guide strategy and stakeholder decisions.
  • Create reporting that drives accountability and transparency.
  • Build and scale talent pipelines by supporting programs across CRM, trade schools, skilled trades partnerships, military talent, and inclusive recruiting efforts, moving the business from reactive hiring to proactive pipeline building.
  • Partner across the business by working closely with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and Operations leaders to influence adoption of best practices and standardized hiring approaches.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner for recruitment initiatives.
  • Own vendor and program coordination, managing relationships with recruiting and marketing partners.
  • Coordinate hiring events, career fairs, and local hiring activations.
  • Maintain and improve documentation, playbooks, and process guides.
