About The Position

AmeriCU is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and elevate the way we attract, hire, and onboard talent. This role combines strategic recruiting, workforce planning, hiring manager partnership, and team leadership to ensure AmeriCU continues to attract top talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting leadership, workforce planning, or related HR functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using data and analytics to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support organizational growth and workforce needs.
• Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with leaders to provide recruiting guidance, workforce planning support, and hiring best practices.
• Enhance the candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Oversee recruiting systems, vendor relationships, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop Talent Acquisition team members.
• Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, trends, and workforce insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent AmeriCU in the community, strengthening our employer brand and talent networks.
