Recruitment Lead
About The Position
Leprino Foods is seeking a Recruitment Lead for their Greeley Team. This role will provide functional support to the plant's non-exempt recruitment process, assist with general new employee onboarding duties, lead employee engagement teams, and support HR sub-functional areas including Human Resource Information System, record-keeping and reporting, and benefit administration. Leprino Foods is the largest manufacturer of mozzarella and lactose in the world and a leading producer of whey protein, with a vision to be the “World’s Best Dairy Food and Ingredient Company.” The company has grown from a small operation in the 1950s to over 4,300 employees across 16 global locations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, with minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience – or – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or similar program with some HR work experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Familiar with industrial operations, preferably dairy or food manufacturing.
- Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices and the application of them in manufacturing operations.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to relocate with geographic flexibility is highly desired.
