Recruitment Lead
About The Position
Leprino Foods is seeking a Recruitment Lead to join their Greeley Team. The company has a rich history dating back over 65 years and has grown to become the largest manufacturer of mozzarella and lactose in the world. With over 4,300 employees across 16 global locations, Leprino Foods is dedicated to being the "World's Best Dairy Food and Ingredient Company." This role will support the plant's non-exempt recruitment process, assist with new employee onboarding, lead employee engagement teams, and support HR sub-functional areas such as HRIS, record-keeping, reporting, and benefits administration.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, with minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience – or – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or similar program with some HR work experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Familiar with industrial operations, preferably dairy or food manufacturing.
- Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices and the application of them in manufacturing operations.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to relocate with geographic flexibility is highly desired.
