Job Purpose: The Recruitment Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support in a high-volume environment. This position will provide support to our clients by completing tasks including, but not limited to: interview scheduling, phone screening, job posting, managing shared email boxes, and various other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent professionalism and dependability.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong computer skills with specific experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to conduct multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.
  • Access to a quiet work environment free from distractions, with good internet connection and a reliable mobile phone.

Responsibilities

  • Post jobs to various job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Conduct outbound phone screens to potential candidates, both scheduled and yet to schedule.
  • Accurately record candidate answers and conduct interviews in a professional manner.
  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews by coordinating with candidates and client managers.
  • Manage shared email boxes and respond to candidate and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Extend verbal and written offers of employment to qualified candidates.
  • Perform onboarding requests for new hires in company portal.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.
