About The Position

As the primary architect of the candidate journey, the Recruitment Coordinator serves as a vital link between top-tier talent and the organization’s growth by facilitating the seamless movement of candidates through the recruitment process. In this high-touch role, you will own the end-to-end logistics of the hiring cycle, beginning with the strategic sourcing of candidates and the posting of open positions to various job boards. Your expertise in coordination will be essential as you conduct candidate pre-assessments, manage complex interview schedules across multiple departments, and arrange candidate travel while expertly navigating last-minute changes. By overseeing critical compliance steps such as background checks and maintaining constant, empathetic communication with recruiters and department leaders, you ensure a smooth, professional experience that reflects the organization's commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR or Recruiting preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a team, but also independently.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Strong time management / organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Writer, Teams, and SharePoint).
