Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years previous administrative and/or HR experience.
  • AA degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Exceptional customer service, organization, and time management.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion in response to new hire's requests and situations which arise.
  • Experience in onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating a smooth and quick onboarding process for new hires.
  • Running background checks.
  • Drafting offer letters.
  • Daily candidate communication.
