About The Position

Piper Maddox, part of LHi Group, is hiring an entry-level Recruitment Consultant for its team in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, California. As skills and experience develop, the consultant takes on increasing ownership of clients, candidates, and recruitment processes. No previous recruitment or renewable energy experience, or university degree, is required. The company provides a structured 12-week sales and recruitment training program, ongoing coaching and mentorship, and specialist energy-market training. Career progression may include Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Consultant, Team Leader, and other senior or leadership roles. The advertised compensation is a $50,000 annual base salary, $10,000 guaranteed commission during training paid biweekly, and uncapped performance-based commission. Average first-year total earnings are stated as $70,000–$80,000+.
