Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of a Remote Area Nursing 360 desk
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with remote nurses, supporting them through every step of their journey
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates through networking, referrals, database management, social media, and job boards
  • Partner closely with clients across Australia to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
  • Screen, interview, and match nurses to remote assignments with care, precision, and a consultative approach
  • Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and travel logistics to ensure seamless placements
  • Identify growth opportunities within your desk and convert them into long-term partnerships
  • Contribute strategically and commercially to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
