Associate Recruitment Consultant
About The Position
Join JCW's Growing Boston Office. We’re expanding our team of Recruitment Consultants across banking & finance, regulatory & insurance, legal, and quant markets. You’ll begin by supporting experienced recruiters, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for active roles—with the opportunity to grow into a 360° consultant position over time. Many of our team members come from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, and our structured and intensive training program equips them with the skills to thrive in this fast-paced, relationship-driven industry.
Requirements
- Ability to identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
- Understanding of recruitment fundamentals and market operations.
- Support business development activity.
- Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior recruiters to identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates across specialized markets.

- Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
