The Recruitment Associate provides essential support to the Talent Acquisition team, managing daily recruitment and onboarding activities. This role involves guiding candidates through the application and interview process, preparing recruitment materials, and posting jobs across various platforms. The associate will communicate professionally with candidates, administer temporary staffing placements, and maintain job descriptions in the applicant tracking system. Additionally, the role includes conducting phone screens and reference checks, assisting with application testing, preparing candidate and new hire packages, and coordinating interviews and travel arrangements. A key part of the role is managing all onboarding activities, from pre-employment screenings to new hire orientation. The associate will also facilitate the bidding process for collective bargaining positions, create new employee files to ensure compliance, and develop engaging content for CCHC's social media recruitment presence. Participation in departmental projects and other assigned duties are also expected.
