The Alternative Education Recruitment and Retention Specialist will develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment into the Alternative Education GED/HSE program, and oversee retention efforts of clients currently enrolled in the GED/HSE program, but not progressing on their individual employment plan's education objectives. The Recruitment and Retention Specialist will coordinate GED/HSE community outreach efforts with the Supervisor of Alternative Education. The Recruitment and Retention Specialist will oversee student correspondence, progress, and address barriers with Alternative Education clients that are completing their GED/HSE preparation primarily through online platforms.
