As our Physician Recruitment Onboarding and Retention Specialist, you will organize and manage a wide range of activities for the successful onboarding and ongoing retention of all physicians and providers, including independent contractors, operating with limited supervision. Every day you will plan and execute New Provider Orientations, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming providers to ensure a seamless transition. You will function as the onboarding and offboarding subject matter expert, proactively addressing any potential obstacles for physicians. Post-onboarding, you will act as the initial contact for providers, connecting them to relevant resources, escalating issues as needed, and routinely engaging them through a formalized process to gather feedback, identify trends, and propose process improvements. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong dedication to provider satisfaction. Your expertise in navigating complex onboarding, building strong relationships, and effective communication will be critical in fostering a supportive environment for our physicians and providers.
