The Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, in collaboration with Deans, Program Chairs, Academic Affairs leadership, and supporting departments, is responsible for coordinating activities related to the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of full-time and adjunct faculty. Under the direction of the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, this position implements strategies and processes that support Ivy Tech’s goals for attracting, onboarding, and retaining high-quality faculty. The Coordinator manages key aspects of the faculty’s experience from initial contact through onboarding and provides continued support throughout a faculty member’s career. This is a grant funded position. The Perkins Grant Activity for this position is approved through 6/30/26, subject to annual review and approval of the grant budget. The college is currently waiting on approval of funding for 2027. There is no guarantee of employment beyond this date; however, the grant is renewable based on the position’s success. Salary: $38,289 to $59,805 Compensation will be commensurate with the requirements of the position and the candidate’s relevant experience and education.
