About The Position

AIUC's mission is to underwrite superintelligence by red-teaming, certifying, and insuring agents. The company is expanding rapidly and seeking a founding non-technical recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles. This individual will be a strategic partner to the founding team, influencing talent acquisition strategy, defining candidate profiles, and enhancing AIUC's employer brand. Every candidate interaction is viewed as a brand engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-moving environment, capable of managing multiple senior searches simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology, with a focus on early-stage Go-To-Market hires, senior operators, and candidates from consulting, banking, or VC backgrounds. (Impact is valued over years of experience).
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate the AIUC mission and roles to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort managing high volume and complexity without compromising quality.
  • A builder's mindset, with enthusiasm for creating a non-technical hiring playbook, tracking successes, identifying patterns across searches, and iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting across non-technical roles, from screening to closing.
  • Partnering with the founding team to define role requirements, establish hiring strategies, and develop sourcing plans, including market mapping and talent pool creation.
  • Designing and managing candidate pipelines with an emphasis on transparency and a high-touch experience, ensuring candidates have a positive impression of AIUC regardless of the outcome.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing candidate and market insights, benchmarks, data-driven recommendations, and owning the assessment process.
  • Representing AIUC externally, as the initial point of contact for candidates.
