Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial phone interviews, applicant intake, and candidate screening calls.
  • Guide incoming job seekers through internal applications and onboarding workflows.
  • Assist the branch team in organizing, dispatching, and placing workers into local industrial roles.
  • Maintain proactive daily phone and email check-ins with client companies and field staff.
  • Manage digital filing, document auditing, and help meet collaborative branch goals.
