About The Position

As a Recruiting Solution & Outreach Manager within PNC's Talent Acquisition and Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia PA; Atlanta, GA; Downers Grove, IL; Cleveland, OH or Grand Rapids, MI. The Recruiting Solution & Outreach Manager requires focus and expertise in strategic consultation, data-driven decision making, stakeholder influence, and talent market analysis. Partner with business leaders to influence decisions and drive organizational priorities. Shape and execute strategic hiring initiatives. Provide trusted guidance and consultation to leaders on talent and business challenges. Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision making. Develop and implement strategies that align talent priorities with business objectives. Proactively anticipate business needs and identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness. Build strong cross-functional partnerships while driving change and continuous improvement. Translate business goals into actionable people strategies that deliver measurable results. Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements, programs, campaigns, systems, and tools to source/attract employment candidates/prospects to meet the organization's talent objectives.
  • Develops and implements creative recruiting and talent outreach solutions.
  • Manages a team, and related operations, of professionals who are responsible sourcing and attracting candidates for employment.
  • Develops high-performing teams using PNC's leadership standards and manages key performance metrics, policies and procedures.
  • Serves as relationship manager for talent acquisition's external partnerships and related contracts designed attract and source candidates/prospects. Includes, but not limited to: Staffing agencies, marketing agencies, community partners, labor market tools, related technologies.
  • Leads the consultation with business partners and team members on creative recruiting solutions using labor market data anchored in PNC's Employee Value Proposition.
  • Partners and consults with business and HR management to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs.
  • Leverages workforce analytics to drive decisions.
  • Identifies continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to improve talent attraction, coaches others on the selection and usage of talent acquisition tools and data.
  • Participates in cross functional project teams as assigned.
