About The Position

Yudrio is looking for a Recruiting Outreach Assistant to help us find, contact, and build relationships with potential job candidates. This role is focused on outreach, communication, and relationship-building. You will identify potential candidates, call them, introduce them to Yudrio, learn more about what they may be looking for, and stay in touch over time. Because Yudrio supports federal clients, hiring needs can come in quickly. This role helps us maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates we already know and can reconnect with when new opportunities become available.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential candidates using Yudrio’s existing candidate database and other approved online databases.
• Make outbound calls to introduce candidates to Yudrio and learn more about their experience and career interests.
• Build relationships with candidates instead of only contacting them when we have an immediate opening.
• Keep Yudrio at the front of candidates’ minds by staying in touch and creating a positive experience.
• Periodically follow up with candidates you have already spoken with to see if anything has changed in their job search, availability, or career goals.
• Identify candidates who may be a good fit for current or future opportunities.
• Keep clear notes on conversations, candidate interests, and follow-up needs.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to help maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline.
• Review Yudrio’s website, company capabilities and services, the types of federal projects we support, and the types of positions we typically hire for.
• Understand the company well enough to have natural, informed conversations about Yudrio, what we do, and why someone may want to work with us.
