About The Position

Equifax is looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations Specialist to manage the high-touch execution and logistics of global executive hiring. This role will also support the implementation and administration of an interview scheduling automation platform. The specialist will join a team focused on global process efficiency, executive candidate management, talent acquisition tools, training, and recruitment marketing. The primary goal is to enhance recruiting efficiency by optimizing global interview processes and scheduling technology, while providing exceptional support for executive candidates. The team supports Talent Acquisition for Equifax's global operations, which includes over 15,000 employees. The work schedule involves 4 days of in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday) and remote work on Fridays.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing high-touch, white-glove scheduling, candidate travel, and complex logistics for executive or C-suite hiring.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting operations experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience building data models, reports, or advanced dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence tools.

Nice To Haves

  • System administration experience with GoodTime or a highly comparable enterprise interview scheduling automation platform.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end global interview lifecycle for executive and C-suite candidates, serving as a dedicated point of contact for an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage complex international travel itineraries, lodging, and ground logistics for global leadership candidates, and oversee the timely processing of executive expense reimbursements.
  • Build trusted partnerships with TA & HR Business Partners, and Executive Assistants to manage confidential scheduling adjustments and localized logistics with speed, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Play a key role in the implementation team for a new global scheduling platform, including building, testing, and standardizing global panel templates, load-balancing rules, and automated communication workflows.
  • Act as the primary system administrator and first line of support for troubleshooting issues within the scheduling platform, ensuring integration and data synchronization with the ATS (Workday).
  • Design, document, and conduct training sessions for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to promote tool adoption, platform proficiency, and process alignment.
  • Review scheduling data and platform analytics to identify process bottlenecks and refine automated workflows, optimize interview steps, and improve the global candidate and hiring manager experience.
