About The Position

Poetic is hiring its first Recruiting Operations Lead to own and scale the infrastructure supporting its high-volume recruiting operation alongside the founding talent team. The role will build and improve the hiring process in a rapid-growth environment, creating reliable systems, analytics, and processes to support efficient hiring as the company grows. The Lead will own the recruiting technology stack, establish strong data foundations, and use AI and automation to improve team operations. The position offers the opportunity to build the recruiting function from the ground up.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Recruiting Operations experience at a high-growth startup.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and improving a modern ATS; direct Ashby experience is required.
• Deep experience with talent tools and reporting, and the ability to build strategy from ambiguity.
• Demonstrated experience independently building AI-powered tools, automations, or internal applications to solve operational problems.
• Comfort using modern AI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy practical solutions.
• Strong analytical judgment, including diagnosing operational inefficiencies, prioritizing improvements, and translating recruiting data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with data analytics.
