The Recruiting Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of recruiting at FieldAI, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s fast-paced hiring efforts. This individual will own interview scheduling, candidate experience, recruiting operations, and ATS management, while acting as the connective tissue between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented problem solver who can independently manage recruiting coordination and operational processes in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving situations, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and maintains an exceptional standard of accuracy, communication, and candidate experience. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring seamless interview logistics, maintaining data integrity within the ATS, supporting recruiting process improvements, and delivering a positive and professional experience for every candidate interaction.
