Requirements

• Excellent verbal and writing skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Desire to experience and learn all areas of the tire/automotive service business
• This job will also require successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening

• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all job postings on internal and external career sites
• Conduct phone screenings
• Conduct and manage the pre-employment screenings for candidates
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
• Utilize technology to increase talent pool and build employment brand
• Other duties as assigned
