Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist
About The Position
The Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks in support of hiring and onboarding new employees to Hilltop Holdings, and its three subsidiaries: HilltopSecurities, PlainsCapital Bank, and PrimeLending. The role will work with internal team members across departments, Hiring Managers, and Leadership to ensure an effective and seamless onboarding experience for all new hires. Additional responsibilities include assisting the recruiting team with reviewing candidate applications, sourcing and screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities
