About The Position

Requirements

• A with a minimum of 1 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and leading recruitment teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills daily to guide their team and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical skills are essential for interpreting recruitment data and making informed decisions to optimize hiring strategies.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems enables efficient candidate management and process automation.
• The ability to build relationships and negotiate with candidates and external partners is critical for securing top talent.
• Knowledge of employment laws ensures compliance and mitigates risk throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities
