About The Position

The Recruiting Manager at Caring Senior Service in West Houston is a full-time leadership role focused on overseeing caregiver recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and team performance. This position is crucial for ensuring high-quality care for seniors by leading a team that supports caregivers, clients, and families. The role involves building and leading the care team, recruiting and supporting caregivers, managing staffing and scheduling, and supporting clients and families. The manager is also expected to step in and provide direct care when needed to ensure uninterrupted service.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership or management experience
Strong communication and time-management skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Able to pass background and registry checks
Positive, accountable, team-first leadership style

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Healthcare or senior care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Build and lead the care team, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers.
Set clear performance expectations and build a strong team culture.
Maintain high service standards.
Lead caregiver recruiting efforts.
Provide daily guidance and mentorship to caregivers.
Reinforce accountability and professionalism among caregivers.
Ensure caregivers feel supported and valued.
Manage caregiver schedules and coverage.
Solve last-minute call-offs.
Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and care needs.
Help ensure smooth client onboarding.
Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and families.
Resolve concerns quickly and maintain trust with clients and families.
Provide ADL assistance or companionship when needed to ensure uninterrupted care.
