About The Position

We’re looking for a confident, solutions-focused Recruiting Manager to oversee caregiver recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and team performance. This is more than an administrative role. As a Recruiting Manager, your leadership directly impacts caregivers, clients, families, and the quality of care we deliver.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership or management experience
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
Healthcare or senior care experience is a plus
Strong communication and time-management skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Able to pass background and registry checks
Positive, accountable, team-first leadership style

Responsibilities

Build & Lead the Care Team: Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers
Set clear performance expectations
Build a strong team culture
Maintain high service standards
Recruit & Support Caregivers: Lead caregiver recruiting efforts
Provide daily guidance and mentorship
Reinforce accountability and professionalism
Make sure caregivers feel supported and valued
Own Staffing & Scheduling: Manage caregiver schedules and coverage
Solve last-minute call-offs
Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and care needs
Support Clients & Families: Help ensure smooth client onboarding
Communicate proactively and professionally
Resolve concerns quickly and maintain trust
Lead From the Front: When needed, step in to provide ADL assistance or companionship to help ensure uninterrupted care.
