About The Position

The Recruiting Manager at Samsung Austin Semiconductor leads a team of recruiters and works with internal and external stakeholders to meet the hiring needs of a fast-paced business. The role focuses on scaling hiring to meet business goals, overseeing and improving end-to-end recruiting processes, and partnering with SAS leaders and HRBPs on workforce hiring strategies. The manager also supports talent acquisition metrics and team OKRs, strengthens the employer brand in talent markets, and builds talent pipelines to support hiring and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 11+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week.

Nice To Haves

• Prior recruiting experience within a manufacturing company; semiconductor experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters by setting priorities, coaching performance, and fostering a high-accountability, customer-service-focused culture.
• Manage hiring ramp-up to scale recruiting quickly and meet business goals.
• Work with talent acquisition leadership to own the end-to-end recruiting process and innovate or streamline processes and procedures.
• Assist in creating and executing workforce hiring strategies with SAS leaders and HRBPs.
• Assist in developing and tracking talent acquisition metrics and team OKRs.
• Enhance the SAS employer brand within talent markets.
• Build talent pipelines to fulfill hiring needs and support succession planning goals.
