As a Recruiting Manager Senior within PNC's Talent Acquisition organization, you will be based in Bostom, MA. We are seeking a Recruiting Manager Senior with demonstrated experience recruiting within Wealth Management and supporting FINRA-licensed talent. Qualified candidates should have a strong understanding of the Wealth Management landscape, proven success recruiting financial advisors and other licensed professionals, and the ability to partner with business leaders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies for specialized talent markets. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within Wealth Management
  • Experience supporting FINRA-licensed talent
  • Strong understanding of the Wealth Management landscape
  • Proven success recruiting financial advisors and other licensed professionals
  • Ability to partner with business leaders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies for specialized talent markets
  • University / college degree
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of recruiting managers and/or recruiters who identify, recruit, select and place qualified candidates in one or more business units and for roles of all levels of complexity
  • Develops and implements strategic recruitment and employment programs.
  • Manages the execution of a scalable operating model to sustain the day-to-day and strategic operations of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Leads continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to improve and streamline processes and the candidate experience.
  • Develops and leads a high-performing team of recruiting managers, and recruiters through the application of PNC's leadership standards and the management of key performance metrics, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of business acumen to ensure timely response to current and future workforce needs.
  • Develops relationships with business and HR leaders to share the recruiting narrative and inform the businesses' talent strategy.
  • Serves as an expert in recruiting practices, processes, regulations and technologies.
  • Prioritizes and leads project teams that procure, implement and drive the adoption of new processes, regulations and technologies.
