The RCX Sports Foundation works to develop, promote, and implement diversity and inclusion in youth sports as the non-profit arm of RCX Sports. The foundation focuses on expanding youth sports opportunities so all children can experience athletics in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. No child’s circumstance in life should ever keep them from the lifelong benefits of sports. Sports for all. The Recruiting Intern supports high-volume, seasonal recruiting and onboarding for Game Day Representatives and other league operations roles within the RCX Sports Foundation. This internship is designed for a college student who has completed at least two years of coursework and is entering their junior or senior year. What is a Game Day Representative? Game Day Representatives are seasonal, on-site staff who support NFL FLAG league events on game days. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day coordination work that keeps hiring moving, including job postings, scheduling, offer letters, background checks, onboarding documentation, and employee updates in Rippling. Your work helps the People Ops team stay organized while giving you practical exposure to recruiting operations, HR systems, candidate communication, and seasonal workforce support.
