About The Position

Aurum Wireless is a rapidly growing Minnesota-based authorized sales organization representing leading wireless providers, including AT&T and Verizon. We operate retail sales teams inside major national and regional retailers and are actively expanding into new locations and markets. We’re looking for an outgoing, organized Recruiting Intern who wants hands-on experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and building high-performing sales teams. This is not an internship where you’ll spend your time filing paperwork or watching from the sidelines. You’ll actively help identify candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate hiring, and support new employees throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Current college student, recent graduate, or someone interested in beginning a career in recruiting or human resources
• Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day
• Organized, dependable, and able to follow up consistently
• Confident using email, Google Workspace, job boards, and video meetings
• Positive personality with a sense of urgency
• Able to represent Aurum Wireless professionally

Nice To Haves

• Previous recruiting, customer service, sales, or campus leadership experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain job openings across Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, and other recruiting platforms
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates
• Contact applicants by phone, text, and email
• Conduct initial phone screenings and virtual interviews
• Schedule candidates for final interviews and orientation
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with background checks, onboarding paperwork, and new-hire preparation
• Attend college career fairs and community recruiting events
• Help develop new recruiting campaigns and candidate outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting reports
• Support high-volume hiring for Mobility Experts, Store Leads, and management positions
