The Recruiting & HR Coordinator will play a key role in driving recruitment activity across the SOLV4EX Group of Companies, with primary responsibility for coordinating and supporting the full candidate journey from job posting through to offer and onboarding handoff. This role is ideal for an early-career HR or recruiting professional who is highly organized, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to take ownership of recruitment processes. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and help ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience. While the position will include some HR administration and coordination, the main focus is recruitment execution.
