As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting with the recruiting and hiring for our growing Franchise. In addition, you will perform administrative tasks related to the efficiency and success of the Human Resources & Training Department.

Requirements

  • 1+ year’s experience as a recruiting or staffing coordinator
  • Knowledge of current business software technologies
  • Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and can work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Post open positions in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Review candidate applications and conduct phone screens for assigned positions
  • Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers and Management Team
  • Document all candidate interaction in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Extend candidate offers timely and accurately
  • Administer paperwork for new hires, communicating with the new hires throughout the process, to ensure quality onboarding
  • Prepare and submit reports on recruiting operations
  • Assist with new hire onboarding in coordination with Training Coordinator
  • Assign assets to new hires and track in HRIS system
  • Perform technology setup, protection, and tracking
  • Provide Human Resources administrative tasks and support of department
  • Additional duties, as assigned
