Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative, or related experience, preferably within biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or a fast-paced corporate environment
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and general business applications
• A high level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and follow-through
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
• A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and supporting inclusive hiring practices

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, managing complex calendars and shifting priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics as needed
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams to ensure a seamless hiring process from application through offer
• Own day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS) — posting and updating job requisitions, entering and maintaining candidate data, and moving candidates through each stage of the hiring pipeline
• Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, requisitions, and templates within Greenhouse and other talent systems, monitoring recruiting activity to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely follow-up throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience
• Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives as needed
• Help create an inclusive, positive, and consistent experience for every candidate who engages with Nurix
