About The Position

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure an efficient hiring process. This role involves creating, maintaining, auditing, and closing requisitions with a focus on data accuracy within Workday. The coordinator will review recruiting activity to identify opportunities for improvement in data quality, candidate movement, and process compliance. Key responsibilities include coordinating interviews, hiring events, candidate communications, and onboarding activities. The position also supports recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, interview logistics, and offer preparation. Attending onsite hiring events, community job fairs, and other recruiting events is expected to engage candidates and promote MITER Brands as an employer of choice. This role requires close partnership with Recruiters, HR, and manufacturing leaders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, human resources, administrative support, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Phenom and Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with candidates onsite.
  • Willingness to travel locally to support manufacturing facilities, hiring events, and community outreach activities as needed (approximately 10%).

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Recruiters, HR, and manufacturing leaders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
