About The Position

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of recruiting support, HR support, or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience supporting recruiting teams in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, or technical industries
  • Experience building talent pipelines and candidate sourcing lists
  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes

Responsibilities

  • Support Environmental and BS+I recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities
  • Manage and maintain all hourly job openings company-wide within assigned divisions
  • Post, update, and remove job advertisements across recruiting platforms and internal systems
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate prescreening prior to recruiter review
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines, talent pools, and recruiting spreadsheets/databases
  • Source and organize passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Process all internal offer letters for assigned divisions
  • Provide administrative support for external offer letters
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation in coordination with local HR representatives
  • Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate files remain organized and compliant
  • Support recruiting reporting and tracking metrics as requested
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide general recruiting and administrative support to help improve recruiting efficiency and organization
