About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization and requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and strong communication capabilities. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys shifting gears quickly, thrives on helping to build a high-performing organization, and is looking to broaden their experience within a top recruiting function.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination/scheduling role.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage scheduling and administrative tasks accurately.

  • Preferred experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition teams, but not required.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Comfort working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external candidates in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and assist with confirming new hires.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that summarize candidate status and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to hiring teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting-related activities and administrative tasks as needed.
