Requirements
- 2+ Years Experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, or fast-paced customer service.
- Strong Communicators who are comfortable making outbound phone calls and multitasking.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset with a positive, service-driven attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued, though not required!
Responsibilities
- Source, interview, onboard, and assign top talent to open positions.
- Maintain an exclusive pipeline of local candidates.
- Partner with local businesses to understand hiring needs, fill job orders quickly, and conduct on-site safety tours.
- Make strategic outbound calls and marketing contacts to identify new business opportunities and generate revenue.
- Guide job seekers through the hiring process with empathy, professionalism, and consistent communication.
