About The Position

Oxford Global Resources is hiring a Recruiting Associate for its six-week, paid, temp-to-perm Recruiter Academy, designed for early-career professionals seeking to launch a career in recruiting. The program combines hands-on recruiting work, in-person cohort collaboration, instruction, live call coaching, and shadowing with experienced recruiters. The first two weeks are shared with the Oxford Sales Academy, followed by four weeks in a dedicated recruiter track that builds toward conducting consultant interviews independently. The Academy is a pathway to full-time recruiting opportunities; associates who demonstrate the required skills and knowledge through five weekly readiness checks and a final exam may receive full-time offers. During the program, the associate sources and engages technical consultants, maintains relationships with consultants in Oxford’s network, conducts consultant interviews, and supports interview booking and routing. The role uses LinkedIn Recruiter and Nexus. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a cohort start date of January 25, 2027. The position is based in Madison, Wisconsin. Base compensation is listed as $25.00 per hour in the role description; a separate US salary information notice lists $23.00–$24.00 hourly. The role is eligible for commission under Oxford’s compensation plan. Oxford provides holiday pay, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefit plans, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, employee tuition reimbursement, student debt assistance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Perks include out-of-office team outings, some meals, and in-office team events. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable law.
