About The Position

Oxford Global Resources is hiring a Recruiting Associate for its six-week, paid, temp-to-perm Oxford Recruiter Academy in Chandler, Arizona. The program is designed for early-career professionals and combines hands-on recruiting work, cohort-based training, in-person collaboration, live call coaching, and shadowing with experienced recruiters. The first two weeks are shared with the Oxford Sales Academy; the remaining four weeks focus on recruiting and build toward conducting consultant interviews independently. The Academy is a pathway to full-time recruiting opportunities. Associates complete five weekly readiness checks and a final exam; those who demonstrate the required skills and knowledge may receive a full-time offer at graduation. During the program, associates source and engage specialized technical consultants, conduct update calls and interviews, assess consultant fit and technical depth, and route consultants using Nexus. The role involves daily call targets, booking interviews at volume, and handling common objections related to pay rates, exclusivity, and availability. Associates receive coaching and feedback and are expected to apply it to improve their performance. The position reports to the Oxford Academy Director. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a cohort start date of January 25, 2027. Base compensation is listed as $25.00 per hour, and the role is eligible for commission under Oxford’s compensation plan. The posting also includes a separate U.S. salary information statement of $23.00–$24.00 hourly. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable law.
