About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience and support sales at the store. The role involves working in a team-oriented retail environment, creating and maximizing sales, and helping maintain an organized store. Team members should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, professional, and able to adapt to different situations. The stated pay range is $15.15 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Must be fun and outgoing.
• Must have a desire to work hard and be successful.
• Must be comfortable talking with people.
