About The Position

Oxford Global Resources is hiring a Recruiting Associate for a six-week, paid, temp-to-perm training program designed for early-career professionals seeking to start a career in recruiting. The program combines hands-on recruiting work with in-person collaboration and coaching. The first two weeks are shared with the Oxford Sales Academy, followed by four weeks focused on recruiting and building toward independent consultant interviews. The Academy can lead to a full-time recruiting role for associates who demonstrate the required skills and knowledge and complete five weekly readiness checks and a final exam. Associates source and engage technical consultants, make update calls, conduct consultant interviews, and help connect clients with specialized talent. Training covers Oxford and the recruiter role, sourcing tools, consultant calls and interviews, interview scoring, call targets, booking interviews, objection handling, and coaching with senior recruiters. The position reports to the Oxford Academy Director. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a cohort start date of January 25, 2027. Compensation is listed as $25.00 per hour in the posting and $23.00–$24.00 hourly in the US job seeker salary information; the role is also eligible for commission under Oxford’s compensation plan. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check.
