Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare office experience
Basic proficiency using computers, office software, and related office equipment

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience with employee onboarding or recruitment

Responsibilities

Coordinates recruitment advertising, including creating and posting job openings and the use of internet recruiting tools.
Coordinates the application process, including telephone and internet responses, application scheduling and interviewing.
Conducts employment verification and reference checks and assists with coordinating background investigations when needed.
Coordinates the new hire on-boarding process.
Assist in the operation of the switchboard or telephone system to receive incoming calls and provide professional, helpful first point of contact
