Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources or recruiting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to attend recruiting events effectively, source passive job seekers, and thoroughly assess a candidate's qualifications for open positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain highly confidential while maintaining openness with all staff.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with payroll software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruiting process including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Coordinate all mentors and mentor follow-ups for Retail Banking throughout BSNB.
  • Serve as back-up capacity for the Benefits Administrator, inclusive of payroll processing and bill reconciliation.
  • Facilitate recruiting, internal bidding process, and extending offers of employment.
  • Perform all screening as necessary based on position and level.
  • Develop job ads for new positions, and update job ads as needed.
  • Seek to engage the passive job seeker market.
  • Maintain the online application system through the daily review and distribution of resumes, and bi-weekly posting of existing positions.
  • Prepare social media posts with an eye on recruitment and retention, at least weekly. Generate social media posts that are specific to the various social media platforms.
  • Represent BSNB at designated employment fairs throughout the year.
  • Administer the Retail Banking mentor programs, for both new hires and those being platformed trained.
  • Follow-up to ensure all required documentation is maintained, and process bonuses.
  • Perform other human resources reporting and employee life-cycle duties.
