We are seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator to support interview logistics, skills assessments, and new‑hire onboarding while ensuring a smooth and compliant experience from offer acceptance through Day One.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be located in Bradenton, FL or surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment (or remote, as applicable)

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or administrative support
  • Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate logistics in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems and onboarding platforms; UKG Onboarding experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate phone, virtual, and in‑person interviews, including calendar management and interviewer/candidate communication
  • Arrange and manage candidate travel for interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Occasionally support local and seasonal hiring (including events), manage candidate flow and logistics, and serve as the on‑site liaison for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Moderate, administer, and grade job‑related skills assessments and communicate results to hiring teams and store and report out on results
  • Initiate and manage new hires through UKG Onboarding, monitoring completion of required tasks
  • Coordinate start‑date alignment, onboarding readiness, orientation scheduling, Day‑1 communications, and execute large‑scale onboarding during peak periods while tracking start dates, volumes, and completion.
  • Complete and reverify I‑9s in compliance with federal requirements and act as the first on‑site point of contact for new hire HR questions related to onboarding, benefits, policies, and employment basics.
