As a Recruiting and Onboarding Enablement and Experience Advisor within PNC's Talent Acquisition and Outreach organization, you will be based in Downers Grove, IL, Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL or Cleveland, OH. This role leads Strategic Workforce recruiting and onboarding enablement initiatives, including solution design, testing, and implementation activities that enhance operational efficiency, stakeholder experience, and process consistency. The position partners across Human Resources, Risk and Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, validate system changes, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic transformation efforts. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as subject matter expert for a portfolio of specific HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Outreach and Onboarding technologies, applications or processes.
  • Supports business implementation of new technologies, or releases and change management with business owners.
  • Partners with talent acquisition on prioritizing changes/enhancements within their assigned projects to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
  • Participates in the demand management, defect ticketing and prioritization efforts for small work efforts within an assigned portfolio of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding technologies and processes.
  • Supports the development of business requirements, as well as coordination and execution of testing activities.
  • Collaborates on and executes relevant change communication and trainings for impacted stakeholders.
  • Creates and manages project plans for strategic initiatives that advance and enable Talent Acquisition and Outreach Teams' strategic priorities.
  • Produces and shares meaningful progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • Establishes and manages relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to, recruiting managers, HRIS, technology partners, recruiting operations, the HR Project Management Office, Supply Chain Management and third party account managers.
  • Participates in the procurement, due diligence, and risk management processes for technologies and processes within an assigned portfolio.
